This is what you will experience.

You book your 2 hour appointment with us - we come to you!

At appointment, we sketch your art and, time permitting, teach decor hints, tips & rules

We provide you with 3-4 re-assuring ditigal presentations for your approval or changes - from formal design, style, half way and final

We can organise delivery and/or our professional hanging contractors if required.
That's easy! How do I book an appointment?
Just call us! Appointments cost $110, which is then credited to your deposit ... so they are free!

Ok, what are your Booking Fee terms?
As a courtesy, payment of your booking fee is required well in advance to confirm your appointment. This fee will be credited off the artwork booked.
**Booking Fee is non-refundable should you not proceed. Should you require additional decor advice beyond your two (2) hour reservation, our hourly rate will be charged. We accept eftpos, cash, eft, cheque, and most credit cards. Should you need to change your appointment, please give us three (3) weeks' notice. **
That's fine! What happens during my art's creation?
All communications are emailed to you via PDF with positionals and detail images helping you to visualise your artwork

We may research your art's content and design it formally. This is your time to make any major changes

Your design is accurately projected onto your canvas

We email you a section of your art painted in your style for approval

We email you half way images for approval

We email you final stage images for final approval .... Easy!
I love my finished Tailored Artwork! What's next?

Payment in full is requested prior to delivery via eft, eftpos or credit card. Cash and cheques are also welcome

A Certificate Of Authenticity is issued to your artwork, it is photographed and prepared for delivery (if necessary) along with Care Instructions

We follow up a week later to ensure you love your art and we've met our guarantee to you

We request your testimonial and later send you a gift

We follow up in 6 months to ensure you are still satisfied and if we can be of any further assistance
