Facility Assessment & Remediation Process
The Australian Royal Commission into Aged Care has resulted in the Aged Care Design Requirements, the Reimagining Where We Live Design Ideas Competition (which we collaborated in), and the Final Report of The Aged Care Taskforce – all calling for innovations in aged care design and practice. At the same time, science has proven that the arts and aesthetic experiences are beneficial to our health – with or without ageing and/or dementia. Our Free Facility Assessment process is:
– You supply us with a facility floor plan
– We highlight and list problem areas against the floor plan
– We select TA art finishes which best address the identified problem areas.
– You receive our Facility Assessment Report that lists the problem areas and the TA art finishes that we propose to solve the issues.
– We give you with a cost estimate for providing and installing the proposed TA art finishes
– You also will receive three comprehensive TA flipbook/catalogue information packs.
– The goal is a holistic site remediation that you can roll out in one cost-effective installation or in stages as your budget permits
Our Full Facility Remediation Process is:
– We do an extensive site exploration, review your floor plan and take relevant measurements
– While on-site we identify problem areas and discuss their resolution with TA art finishes
– We visualise each solution as print-ready art per your Floor Plan map and its measurements
B) Demonstrate the difference in a document ready for sign-off
C) Provide a fully itemised, full-service quotation
D) Any changes are made at this point- Upon acceptance, we require a 50% deposit and Purchase Order to proceed
– We sign off on Printers Proof. Book Installation at 4 week mark
– 10 working days at print
– Delivery via TNT/DHL Express
– Full service 4-5 weeks (Excludes Tiles and Mosaic)
– Payment of the Residual on completion of our team’s successful Installation
